Stray’s at The Ossington

We’ve shaped Stray’s at The Ossington’s brand identity as it evolved from a coffee shop to a restaurant. The logo and tagline were refined multiple times—starting with coffee, books, sandwiches, and jazz, then coffee, kitchen, jazz to reflect a broader menu.

In 2024, we updated it again to eat, drink, jazz, aligning with its full restaurant transition. We also developed sub-brands like Tapas Y Stray’s and First Friday Jazz Sessions, ensuring consistency while allowing flexibility.

To streamline operations, we integrated Planday for staff management and revenue tracking. Square now handles payments, marketing, and a customer loyalty programme.

We transitioned Stray’s website from OpenTable and ResDiary to a WordPress booking system with integrated payments. We also manage website updates, event promotions, and social media, keeping the brand engaging and visible.

We’ve reinforced Stray’s presence with high-quality print and signage. This includes menus, jazz programmes, takeaway flyers, and branded merchandise.

We also designed and sourced A-boards, neon bar signs, and external branding, ensuring strong visual impact both inside and outside the venue.
